Week 5 is in the books! I did the 20 minute run last night and it was something else

I dropped from 5.5 to 5.3 for the last 4 minutes because I wanted to quit, and decided that was a good compromise.
Im feeling pretty good about this, on W1D1 I thought there was NO way this was going to happen. But it is, it really is going to happen, and I am almost there!
