  • Toonses-I know jury duty can be difficult. My ex-MIL served on a jury once that decided a murder case with the death penalty. I appreciate your willingness to serve. I served again after the first time, but didn't have to sit on a case, thank goodness...it was juvenile. Good luck!
  • 2 mile fat burn, resistance bands, a good start to the day.
  • Hey all! I did the 2 Mile walk....can't remember the name....no weights and limited arm movements. I woke with NO PAIN this morning and wanted to try weights, but am going to wait a while to be sure things are better.
  • Hey all! I did almost 3 miles this morning....had to fast-forward at the end as I was running late. I did work up a good sweat though, but again limited the arm movements.

  • 1 Mile Fat burn, no resistance bands. Conference with twins Algebra teacher during stretching time. No exercise yesterday, needed to review SAT test prep with twins before morning Bible Study. Weight is a bit low, I will up my calories while keeping carbs constant which is occuring at a good time in my cycle. I have also started monitoring my jaw pain in a more scientific method to see if mouth guard is helping.
