l - salad with hard boil eggs
s - two clementines, yogurt
s - fajitas no tortilla, (green pepper, mushrooms and bean sprouts)
s - 12 almonds (counting out and bagging really helpful)
exercise - 40 minute walk. Its to muddy to do the trails right now

. Hope you make it through this afternoon/evening's events. By the way, someone (sorry, but I can't remember who) mentioned the other day that their nf plain yogurt contained 16 grams of protein. It got me to look at the brand that I am eating and darn if it doesn't have 23! Gosh, I'm doing something right!
