    Didn't eat anywhere near what I should have today

    1. Plain yogurt flavoured with c/lite, ham and cuck rolls & a glass of skim milk
    2. Busy at work.... ended up skipping
    3. Beef and veggie stew & a glass of skim milk
    4. A few turkey kielbasa slices, string cheese & pb stuffed celery
  • Evening Zef, I notice that you eat almond butter quite often. Is that a phase one or two and do you buy or make it?
