    snack: egg salad (2 boiled eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper) (2)

    edit: got hungry later and had a little bit of chicken, a couple slices of cheese, ranch, and jalapenos. Also a teensy bit of Crystal Light. I'm not going to count it as a lot since I didn't finish my taco salad earlier...so let's say (2)

    dinner: pizza topping, 6 slices turkey (4)
    snacks: crystal light (4) 5 almonds and a teensy taste of peanut butter (1)

    Lunch: 3 ham and cheese roll ups with dijon mustard (3)
    Dinner: 2 cheeseburgers and salad with ranch dressing (7)
    Dessert: 2 slices of crustless pumpkin pie w/whipped cream (6)

    crystal light (2) half and half, nutmeg, a tiny bit of cottage cheese, a taste of coffee creamer, a pack of splenda (really weird I know, trying to satisfy an eggnog/milk/sweets craving or something) (7)

    My eating habits have been weird lately. I'm getting sick of eating so much rich food...I think I'm going to tone down my menu and take out the cheese and add more crisp vegetables and baked chicken.
