  • This is my first post on the exercise thread and I'm setting my goal based on the remainder of the month. My initial goal is 30 min 3x a week just to get me in the groove...though I'm hoping to get more in than that. I'm starting the Couch to 5K plan, Day 1 is tomorrow. My goal for June is 270 minutes.

    The forum has helped me maintain accountability for calories IN...now I'm hoping the same works for calories OUT!
