Just a quick post for now....will post my food journal later ..
I weighed in this morning as it was the one week mark since starting on plan and let me say I was sort of saddened.....only 1lb after a whole week....I remember the first time I joined I lost almost 5lbs the first week....and this time 1lb....I know I should be happy with that but it truly upsets you to see such a small loss when your doing pretty good on plan......any suggestions??????

Believe me that was a tough one because I know how good they are but maybe next time and I will pick the bread out of the middle of the bun.
