Yesterday I was really ticked off at something my dear, sweet, wonderful husband did. I sent him out to go see some friends and once I was alone I really felt like hitting the snacks. Luckily I refuse to have any around the house! The most I could come up with was 2% fat cheddar cheese with celery sticks.
And also luckily I had planned out my menu for the day so I pretty much stuck to that. That was quite an accomplishment for me - to have fish and veggies, yogurt and nuts, one square of dark chocolate... instead spiraling down the evil snack path.
