but I know it'll get better. I'm getting over my illness thingey so now I'm back to strength training many times/day to build my strength back and I'll be back starting cardio in a week or two

Excited for feb!! I'm going to add more cardio (5-6x/week) and keep my cals around 1500... come on bathing suit season!
