Well I did ok at the bar last night. I only had 1 glass of wine, but I also had a tiny spring roll, some chickpea soup, and salad that we ordered for the table. Oh, and in the interest of full disclosure, half a piece of the best pumpkin pie I've ever had. Oops. Still finished at 18 or 1900 calories for the day, so not bad. This morning I dragged myself out of bed and went to the gym. The scale there put me at 139 if I stood real still, lol.
