  • I NEED this challenge and it's just what will get me to my 100lb lost goal by Christmas. I am starting late but I have all my recorded weights I'm adding in. I'm so excited and this will keep me motivated and accountable. Just what I needed! Great....here goes. Original start weight was 339lbs.

  • I am down 3 pounds this week! Sometimes I get a little depressed because the weight seems to be coming off so slowly, but then I step back and realize I've averaging 1.5 lbs. per week, which is great! When I look at it that way, I'm very happy. So next week will be great too! If I say it, it will happen . Mini-goal in red for each week to keep myself on track, actual weight in green.

    September 6th - feel pretty good with the progress I am making..slow but steady..healthy.. at this rate I think I just might do it..no I know I am going to do it!! Hope everyone else had a great week too!
