. I didn't go over my points or anything, but I ate dinner late (like right before I posted) and ate a snack right after that I didn't need and now I feel so gross. It's ironic because my meeting yesterday was about 'feeding your soul instead of your stomach', but this happened so fast that I wasn't even trying to identify the emotions that made me 'hungry'.
