    Im super lazy and tired too.. ibetter not be getting sick. But my scale just wont budge.
    Im thinking about hardcoreing my eating and exercising for a week or something to boost myself back into weightloss..
  • OoOoH, killer cramps today. I haven't experienced that since I was a teenager, and it only happened once. I really feel for anyone who gets them regularly.
    The only condolence is that my weight moved down slightly.

  • Faux--I've done that before--really cut back drastically for a day (or two) on the calories and do different stuff, or more of it. I may do that again--maybe starting today! Would be a good segue into this upcoming holiday week.....

  • Ok I have been MIA for a couple of weeks....BIG mistake! I guess I haven't been caring lately and haven't been wanting to do a thing! I actually haven't really lost any weight since Aug. I am up a few pounds but it feels like 50! I feel miserable and fat again. I worked out yesterday and that was huge for me because I am sick with a cold but felt like if I could push myself while I was sick then I shouldn't have any excuses! So I am back and on my game...as long as I can get through Thanksgiving week
