Hi all

Thanks for your good wishes, everyone has been brilliant over the last few weeks.

I decided to go to get weighed last night although I didn't stay to class, so that I could make a fresh start. I have gained everything that I lost but at least I went and am starting again.

I am going to try to be really good over the next 4 weeks until I go away.

Well done to all of you who have lost this week and whilst I haven't been around, dieting takes up so much time think!!

oh jano i wish i knew too, i could seriously do with splashing out on some new clothes too but bills to be paid , kids to be fed and still not size i want to be .........ah well back to virtual shopping

I wish I knew the answer to that one too, I am so fed up with wearing black trousers, black blouse, black jumper because they are the only clothes that fit right now I want to wear bright colours!!

phoebe i know what you mean........i bought couple of pink tops over the last couple of w/ends and i think i look like big bowl of angel delight with them on

well i have a loss to report but im not doing it until tomoz in case it goes up again.......haha edge of the seat nail biting stuff eh

MONDAY WEIGH IN DAY and no sign of Sarah Now Im worried!

OK Sarah ? The game's a bogey, come out come out, where ever you are. Not like you too be missing for a full week, have checked your posts and there was no mention of you going away. We need you to keep us inspried.

My weigh in was easy to work out - stayed the same. Quite surprised as I have been stress eating and drinking all week - got it under control now though.

Have TEMPORAILY stepped into Sarahs shoes - hope you take an 8 Sarah else my toes are going to be sore.

Sarah we need you, this has taken me ages to pull this together and a few of us have gained. We definately need you to be the strict woman who collates all the weights.

Anyway.... the losses this week are:

The overall loss was +9.65lbs which brings our totals to 216.85lbs or 15st 6.85lbs!!!!!
