I did make a core pasta dish -- sautee'd onion, peppers and mushrooms, added an italian chicken sausage and canned tomatoes. Then mixed in whole wheat pasta. I have lunch for the week.
Jamie -- congats on the fabulous loss! I'm glad you enjoying core. I think the difference with core and flex is thatg core is teaching us how to eat healthy and lose weight. Its much easier to track non core foods that you may eat rather than tracking all food. Your planning is great! I think that is the key to core -- having healthy food availble to grab when you need it rather than having to look for it. I love the idea of all the portioning -- I should do more of that. What was in your core hummus?
