9/17: 300 minute backpack to bottom of Grand Canyon
9/18: 240 minute day hike
9/19: 180 minute backpack to campground 1/3 of the way back up
9/20: 120 minute day hike
Week Two
9/21: 270 minute backpack to the top of the Grand Canyon
9/22:
9/23: 360 minute backpack in the river: "The Narrows", Zion National Park
9/24: 340 minute backpack in the river
9/25:
9/26: 240 minute day hike in Sedona, AZ
