  • 30min weights 3 20min bike rides(covered 10 miles total)
  • 20 min walk
  • 2-1/2 hrs skating tonight.
  • I had to rest a week because I have Hip Bursitis. I couldn't take it any longer, so I headed out to the GYM today! I feel excellent, even though the hip is tender....I'm about to ice it. I'm telling ya, I get downright GRUMPY when I can't exercise.

    Anywho, I did:
    1 hour on the Treadmill
    15 minutes weights (Chest & legs)
    15 Yoga stretching.

    45 min elliptical, 20 min incline treadmill
  • Diva..sounds like you had an excellent workout, even with a sore hip Don't overdo it though! Take care of yourself!

  • 60 min HIIT and ss cardio on my TM

    What's your secret? LOL! When TOM visits me, I am tired, crampy, cranky, and run down feeling for about 3 day's. I don't feel "normal" again until day 4.

    You are all so hard core and inspire me to exercise more and for longer periods of time. Yesterday at the GYM I felt like a wild animal or possessed or something. Maybe a Jillian Micheals in the making? All I know is it was AWESOME!!!! I am addicted to exercising now...it's happened. I even got grossed out over a Keebler Cookie commercial.

    5 minutes-Stretching.
