Hey Lori!
I read yesterday when in the pregnancy we can start feeling the baby move, but I can't remember. I can't wait either!
We are going to find out the sex. I really hope next week they may be able to tell us, but I guess it's unlikely at 11 weeks. My mom knew someone who went in at 10 weeks and found out. Anyway, we haven't figured out a name yet either, but when we find out the sex, I guess we'll be more serious about deciding on a name. Also, it will be easier to decorate the nursery knowing the sex, but I have already decided on pale green "celery" walls with a "lamb" theme, so that could go with a boy or girl.
Yeah, my husband and I were somewhat interested in adoption too, before the pregancy. I always thought it would be really hard to have a baby with my diabetes and I was right! I am having to check my blood sugar 9 times a day and record the amount of insulin I take and everything I eat. So far my numbers have been great, but in the second trimester, I will need twice as much insulin and in the third trimester, three times as much insulin! I can't imagine how that will be, but I'm glad I have the diabetes educator and Dr. to walk me through it.
OK, as far as the exercise, I didn't do it.

However, making a "committment" did make me consider it a lot more and made the decision not to do it harder. So I can see how that works. I think my only hope is getting up early to exercise because there's no way I am going to do it at night. I never know when I will get home. Like last night, I got home at 6:00so it was time to make dinner. I guess I'm kind of set in my ways.
I planned to get up early today and exercise, but with checking my blood sugar at 12:00, 3:00, and 6:00 in the morning and getting up 2-3 times to pee, I was worn out! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be more motivated...
Did you exercise? I hope so!
