i did 7lbs, but if i hadnt of put them 4 on over xmas it would of been 11

13stone 3.25lb this morning. I was 13stone 13.5 when I got back off holiday on the 8th, so if I use that number, rather than my lower starting weight, I made it!

OK, I'm still in the 13s, but I'll hopefully be leaving them behind pretty quickly, I can't wait!

not me. weighed in at 12st 7lbs. But to be honest not tried, now that college work is out the way. can concentrate on my weight loss journey.

I got down a total of 4lbs. that being said, its a step in the right direction and its been a steady weight loss. I'm aiming for 8lbs for feb ^_^
