    Hi Friends! Family is arriving in about.....oh, 45 minutes? My husband drove to the airport to pick up my brother and his family. They are flying in from China and will be visiting us for the next 6 weeks. I've been furiously cleaning. I hope I burned some cals!

    I ended up at 8.6 lost for the month. Not too shabby, but I'd like more in July. I'm greedy like that! BTW, love, love, love the new Title for next month!

    Can I just say that posting my daily weight and checking in here has really helped to keep me on track? Thank you!
