Harley- I too apologize for not say "hi" earlier! How rude of me.

Thats so great that you never picked up the habit. You know, I agree with you about the smoking. It is a preson's right to smoke, but not in the faces of others that don't. Even as a smoker, too much ciggy smoke made me

I would only smoke in the car if the windows were all down and I blew the smoke out the window. Plus, since Dh doesn't smoke, I respected that and only smoked outside even though he told me that I could smoke inside. I think that I have been more of a smoker out of a stress/dealing mechanism, not so much that I ever really liked it. Remember, too, that even if you aren't losing at the moment that you are sticking to your plan...and that is something to really congratulate yourself on!

In no time, you'll be dropping again, but it is frustrating in the meantime.
2frust- I didn't know you dont pay health insurance there...wow that would so incredible! I think that I heard Canada doesnt either, but I'm not sure. Oh, and go kick some booty tonight!!
Gina- Yeah, you're right about that being yesterday. I have done good so far today...now if I can only continue that tonight...
Star- Thanks for that piece of advice about the medical offices. I will try that. We still haven't gotten the bills yet, but... ughhh... they will be coming. Do you weigh in more than once a week at LAWL? How many times a week do you check in to weigh or talk to the counselor?
I think that if I had more money I'd do Jenny Craig, just because it sounds pretty simple to eat what they give you. I am so lazy about cooking or coming up with new ideas. It would be perfect for me! I still have so much to learn about porton control, though. So, maybe making my own food would be better. Who knows! No, if I had endless money... I'd invent the magic pill!!

HAHA.
If Dh has to work second shift, I will probably just start eating Lean Cuisines and canned soup for supper again. That was easy meal planning. He enjoys meat and veggies for supper and I do to a degree, but mostly I just like to eat prepared, pop in a microwave, or open a package type foods.

See how lazy I am?? I would be happy with cereal and cottage cheese for supper, a meal replacement bar for lunch, and frozen dinner for supper. But I guess that's not too healthy...not getting many veggies...and I'd probably gain weight with so many high carb foods.
