You are all so naughty having fish n chips, maccas etc Ha Ha, don't mind me, I'm just jealous! I really felt like fish n chips last night but already had my chicken breast defrosted so went home and had a chicken salad instead. I think that perhaps for my birthday I might treat myself to fish n chips ......

I haven't been back to the doctor but I did get some great nasal spray from the pharmacy and now I can breathe!! Through both nostrils!! So I'm feeling a lot better but unfortunately it's a drug induced better

As I'm feeling better, I have no excuse to stay away from the gym any longer so I'll go this afternoon and will do an hour of something or other.

Ani - when you say "count me back in" for the spring challenge, had you taken yourself out of it??? You only gained 400grams didnt you???? I put on a whopping 1kg and still was thinking that's ok I have still lost 500grams so gotta get my arse into gear to lose the other 4.5kg by end of spring.... ????
Moving furniture yes definately is exercise..... what other exercise do you do? I think I'm looking for other options otherwise I am thinking about joining the gym, using the kidz club....

Tomorrow i am going to baptism where i am godmother, so that will be nice, LUCKY i have ONE outfit that works for weddings and christenings so i have something to wear and SO FAR the same people have not been at the events i have attended..... but after this one i hope i can lose enough weight that i can buy another 'good' outfit (definately by December for Jemima's christening)

I went out and got hammered last night! Started at 4:30pm and was meant to be a quiet catch up with a mate, he brought his housemates and we got completely smashed and forgot to eat dinner so got even more smashed... then I stayed at his house and accidentally slept with him. Oops. We've been mates for 10 years and only ever had a pash here and there when we were both single, but - oh dear!!! It's not bad, and I don't think either of us will be weird about it, but I just wish we hadn't. You know, I was the one who was genuinely just a "friend" and we'd never gone there, or even discussed it, and now... we have. We both lay there this morning going "I can't believe we did that!" I don't even know how I feel about it. We did have a standing arrangement that we'll get married if we get to 35 and are still single. At least now I know he's good in the sack. Haha!

I woke up this morning and sent the housemate from **** a text message which basically said I was about to push his car out into the street and phone the council and report it "dumped". Amazing how quickly he managed to get over here and move everything.

He was a bit aggro, and tried to accuse me of breaking something (which I didn't), and had no reply when I said: "I've never seen that before in my life".

Did he pay me any rent? No. Did he try to give me back the house key? No.

Is he gone? You bet

So no more excuses. Fully back on the weight loss wagon as of tomorrow.

Ani, I don't blame you, I was cracking up when I wrote it! I still feel really weird, I just don't know what to think about it. Ah well... we shall see. I suppose it was always bound to happen, the most amazing thing is that it took ten years. I think the fact that I'm about to go away for a few years, combined with the fact he's recently single did us in.

Vonni, I decided many moons ago that FWB were baaaaaaaaad! One person - usually me - gets attached and it all ends in tears haha. Funnily enough, except for one ex, ALL my boyfriends have been guys I was mates with, where we just kind of started seeing each other naturally. I just don't know if this guy and I would work out even if I was staying here though - we're so similar it's scary!

happened to go to neighbours house today when she was setting up her cross trainer.... this chick is so funny SO competitive, ALWAYS has to have better than everyone else.... she thinks her cross trainer is better than my one i bought from the gym.... i guess she also thinks she is going to stick to her diet and lose weight in the next 3 weeks before she goes back to work (she has 5month old baby)
and i guess i am getting totally sucked in and am now VERY determined to lose the weight before her.......... by not cheating............. i know she is on and off tony ferguson diet so no matter what even if she loses weight before me i can ALWAYS have the fact i didnt cheat i did it the hardwork way (of course she will act like some kind of hero losing weight and working and having baby.... but nothing i can do about that)
why i am so worried about 'beating' her i dont know, she has brought it on by being so competitive.... i wish we could just support each other but she doesnt want that i can tell she wants to be best and stomp on me

got new scales put my refund from the bacon on it!!! so they only cost me $15 as the bacon cost $7, and didnt get sick from it thank goodness so got brekky and scales! they are 400grams differnt for me than old ones (700grams different for benji - that is weird)
so thursday i will weigh in on both and then adjust to new scales and give old scales to friend who is losing weight.

I went off track on Saturday and had about 12 points over my allowance. Not to worry though, I think that a wee blow out every now and then is to be expected.

Went to the gym this morning and did 20 minutes walking, 10 minutes cross trainer and 20 minutes of run/walk intervals.

My weight has gone up 100g which I'm fine with but my goal for this week is to focus and lose 500g which will put my total weight loss at 10kg.

Very quickly...I have a plane to catch!

I wasn't going to weigh in today, had a couple of very bad days this week including yesterday, which involved those dreaded Tim Tams and Pringles!!! But, unfortunately I had to weigh my baggage which meant I had to step on the scales! Oh boy...not good!!!

This morning (albeit fully clothed) I weighed in at 90.2kg!!! I can still feel yesterdays pig out sitting in the bottom of my belly! If I could just remind myself of how horrid that feeling is the next morning I reckon I could talk myself out of eating like that!! But I suppose that is what a binge drinker thinks too, when suffering their morning after hangover!

Anyway, I can't imagine I am going to be able to behave myself this week - going to the city for a week all expenses paid - all those bad places KFC, McDonalds etc! I'll take each day as it comes

Well, after some pretty huge blowouts this past week (Thursday and Saturday), I weigh 94.7kg (I forgot to weigh in before brekky though). From memory, this is only up 300g, which is ok by me.

Here's to a week of self control!

Well despite my BNO (big night out) drinking 1800 cals worth of smirnoff, I lost 1.1kg this week! That's 4.6kg in 3 weeks!

I'm surprised I lost so much with 1979 cals average rather than my recommended 1600, but I'm happy about it - if I can eat more, great! I do find I'm a LOT hungrier with all the exercise and wonder sometimes if I may as well just eat less and not exercise, but apparently this is working, so touch wood I'll keep doing the same!
