Hiya Girls!
Well, I've been busy busy busy! I kept thinking I would find time to post last week, but time kept getting away from me. Work has been crazy with lots of people out and tied up PLUS the stupid United Way campaign wrap up.
I'm leaving town tomorrow for a Workshop in Washington, DC. I'll be gone until Thursday night. I've tried to be good on my eating, but this week will be a serious test. I actully thought I saw slightly below 138 last week, but then TOM ruined that. LOL I think I've gotten a system down though of being good and careful during the week and then enjoying myself a bit on the weekends and it seems I can still take off a pound a week doing it. That works for me.
It sounds like Lori you are struggling with scale fluctuations like me. I hate it! I guess the only way to deal with it is to set one day of the week that is the official WI and stick with that days weight as the REAL one. It's tough though. How's the belly flab workout going? Any tips to share?
Paige - Way to go on the loss!! It sounds like you need to retrain the kids though so that you can get some extra sleep.

I would hate that. Of course I forsee my DH being a better parent than be anyway. Plus he already does all the dishes, vacuuming and de-cluttering around our house. I got me a house-husband LOL!
Marie- Hang in there hun (((Hugs))) your kids are driving you crazy and you can't let them. Their probably sabotaging your weight loss goals too.

It sounds like the key to dealing with DS that's moving in is to talk to the GF. Women always have it together more at that age. As for the other... well at least he's eventually shipping out with the military and maybe they'll whip him into shape

Glad that the asthma is doing better.
As for my surgery, it's scheduled for Sept 30th. I'm dreading it, but looking forward to being able to get back to trying again in Oct. We're building a shed with my Dad next weekend and my mom is bringing up my 3 nieces for a visit on Sat night as well. I'll be glad to get my kid fix since I haven't seen them in awhile. It'll also be nice to have the shed and finally get the tools and ladders out of my laundry room in the house!
Alright, I gotta go pack and we're hitting Old Navy today to get me some more pants bc DH says most of my stuff looks too big and we're dressing casual in DC. All I've bought since losing weight is dress clothes for work. Should be fun since I fit into size 6 at target last night! I almost passed out in the dressing room from shock and disbelief.
I'll checkin when out of town, but can't promise much. Hope you all stay on track. Thanks for thinking of me.

I'm not looking forward to the surgery and I"ll need some support.
