  • KatPo How about swimming? Do you have a gym near by with an indoor pool? I still havent been working out. My body is just so happy , happy, happy right now. It likes that I havent been having my wine and junk food everynight. I am trying to enjoy that short period in the beginning of a diet when you loose that first 5 or so pounds just from cutting back. ( on cals)
    My body is rewarding me for my good behavior. I know soon I will need to get on that tread mill and I dont know why my mind isso resistant. I used to love! running.
    Tried to upday my ticker to be down another pound bur it apparently wont let me do half pounds.

  • Aaah! A good brisk walk can cure a myriad of ills!
    I dragged my sorry achey yukky old bod out of bed at about 6:30 this morning because I just couldn't be comfotable any more. After sitting around feeling sorry for myself for about two cups of coffee ... I went for a walk. It was great! I feel sooo much better now.

    I'm going to go back to the beginning of this thread and see what i said I'd do this week ... scarey huh?
  • According to BFL I'm going to do 3 days of cardio and three days of weights ... two lower body and one upper. And I'm going to eat 5 or 6 small meals that are a combination of carb and lean protein.

    Surprise surprise ... my food was off and I don't feel that I worked out very intensely

    I'm also second guessing some of the foods I experimented with this week. I think I'll go back in fitday and check out my old standards. A content belly is integral to my feeling of wellness
