AJsMa - happens to me all the time, and it feels like it takes so long to bring down those monthly averages. Don't sweat it just keep going.

Donna - sometimes it's good to take a rest day, your body needs it. I'm sure you noticed the drop in appetite that went along with it too.

I am having a good morning all around. Sunday's deficit was better than I thought it would be - 572 and yesterday's was 366(Monday always my rest day). The better news is I am counting my next 2 lb loss. It's almost 2 weeks to the day that I counted my last one so I am right on target for 1 lb a week. Now I just need to keep working on vegetables,

exercise, and weekends!
