I KWYM! My favorite food sadly is tortilla chips with salsa. I have eaten it occasionally now and will again. Same with sourdough bread. I haven't eaten bread in weeks now, but "in the real world" I know I will again. Occasionally. Maybe my taste buds will totally retrain.
Someone just gave us a gift card to Red Robin.

Why not Macy's??? Anyways, I looked on their menu and they have some somewhat healthy options - although they don't list calories and %'s.
Jen - just start doing what you can - 10-15 minutes here and there - and dont' have so many goals regarding exercise until you get into a groove with it. Once you start doing it regularly, believe me, it is addictive. Then set some specific exercise goals. And you magically have time for it. In the beginning I think it is more "just do it" vs. "I feel like doing it"! GL!!
So much for my feelings of not losing weight this week. Down 3 more pounds.

It was a month yesterday.
Yogalates = yogurt lattes in my mind. Can you tell I miss my lattes??
