Well, discovered that SF cappachino (dang, I can't spell today) isn't very good---and has WAYYY too much caffeine for me after a day w/out
Back to water and save that stuff for a MUST HAVE SWEETS day. Bought a soda and drank maybe 5 swallows, looked at it and said "blech" and gave it to my daughters
So my tastes are changing!!! Hoping to have at least a pound loss this week. I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing that scale go down (hopefully) weekly. I haven't exercised tihs week. Going to get a good workout (WATP 2 mile?) in tomorrow to make up for it. Or maybe see if I can squeeze a 1 mile in today while DH is watching tv or something. My neck & shoulders feel MUCH better since I've started doing that. And I can tell I've not done it yesterday or today yet. It works the kinks out if it, that's for sure!!Don't forget your water ladies
