  • Robin: I like the way you set goals. How on earth do you have enough disapline (sp?) to follow through? Great goals!! Are you going to share your progress pics...or keep them to yourself. How are you taking them? As in..work out clothes (sweats), shorts, etc??

    Well, discovered that SF cappachino (dang, I can't spell today) isn't very good---and has WAYYY too much caffeine for me after a day w/out Back to water and save that stuff for a MUST HAVE SWEETS day. Bought a soda and drank maybe 5 swallows, looked at it and said "blech" and gave it to my daughters So my tastes are changing!!! Hoping to have at least a pound loss this week. I'm REALLY looking forward to seeing that scale go down (hopefully) weekly. I haven't exercised tihs week. Going to get a good workout (WATP 2 mile?) in tomorrow to make up for it. Or maybe see if I can squeeze a 1 mile in today while DH is watching tv or something. My neck & shoulders feel MUCH better since I've started doing that. And I can tell I've not done it yesterday or today yet. It works the kinks out if it, that's for sure!!

    I'll share only after I start to see a difference but I dont think I'll post them. If anyone wants to see them pm me, and I'll email them to you.(Reg posters only pls) I have thought about what I will be wearing, and I think my work out clothes. Simply because in them I will notice the difference in my size more so than in my reg clothing.

    Its actually quite easy....I am going to be following the Body for Life workout plan with one extra day for weights...that will be ab work, and instead of 3 cardio days, I'll have 5 cardio workouts consisting of 20min of very high intensity cardio. The walking....just because I really enjoy it

    My prize? I should be at goal by summertime! Im actually have a hard time believing this......but it can really be done, and Im going to do my damndest to get it done! Kinda feel like a kid waiting for santa, its hard to explain.
