I do yoga here and it's self-led taken from a website. If you want it I can give it to you, but have to warn you it's w/ adobe and takes a bit to load. It's a whole book, but I Just printed out pages 68-76. Some of it I can't do because I don't have the strength yet. But I really enjoy it
A good video is Denise Austin's Power Yoga. I can't remember the name of it right now, but it's REALLY good. I memorized parts of it that incorperate into my yoga routine.



My own little "angel" has been a bit of a handful tonight. He's sick, so I have to give him a break, but still....
