The list the FIRST ingredient as fructose and that is just another word for sugar, then they list soy protein, so this means that there is MORE sugar in this product than protein... They are tricky these manufacturers!! But don't despair, use it, I mean, we've ALL eaten worse stuff haven't we? I get my protein at GNC, it is more expensive but we don't have many big outlets around here. I use the whey protein powder because they say it is just a more complete protein than soy. Mine has per scoop 85 cals, 0 fat, 1g carb, 20g protein... I hope this helps...
Tracy -- Sounds like you had a wonderful day shopping!! Good for you for sticking to the perimeter of the store. I promise that in the long run, eating healthy, IS cheaper...
That SuperSizedMe movie grossed me right out, although I havent been to McD's in years and when I do go to fast foods I always order salads because my stomach can't handle the hamburgs I burp them for hours later, this is a side effect from eating healthy

, when you eat unhealthy your stomach can't handle it...
