I use eye cream now...but hey.
I agree that everyone should check the labels on any meal replacements and shakes and powders that they use. The ingredients are listed in the order of what there is the most of, so you want the healthier ingredients to come before the sugars and flavorings and such on the list.
As far as the exercise videos go-there are a million Pilates and yoga videos out there, and there are lots of different levels of them. It is hard when you buy one in the store to know what you are getting, really. I recommend checking out Collage Video-because the people who work for that company DO the videos themselves, before they sell them.
They list them by actual difficulty-and they also list how long of a video they are, etc. If you are a beginner and bought a Pilates video that you are not fit enough to do-it may be because you purchased a 30-40 minute Pilates video that is intermediate level-when maybe you are only fit enough right now to do a 20 minute Pilates video that is geared towards the beginner. Feel free to buy the videos wherever you choose, but check out the listings at Collage and read before you buy. They have all of their videos listed by difficulty, as well as in categories for strength training, aerobics, step, yoga, Pilates, dance, etc. It makes it so much easier to find what you personally need-and to choose videos for whatever needs you have regarding time and fitness level.

I wish the healthy choices there were not so costly! Keeps me eating at home though!
