    Rejoined WW today! And stayed for the meeting! Now that DS is in kindergarten and I'm not working; I have a few extra mornings to fit in a meeting.

    Judy, that's a lot of progress for 2 weeks. Congratulations. I think Core helps lose more inches than Flex. Sometimes I feel like I'm getting smaller even when the scale isn't going down.

    I went out for dinner last night for my Sister's birthday. We got a free molten lava brownie with ice cream. She brought it back to my house. I was going to have a few bites (even though I have no points to spare) and was just not going to count it. I sent it home with her without taking a bite. It was really, really, hard. I've got a chocolate thing going. I think it's time for a Frosty smoothie today.

    I don't know if this is really a NSV, but it was motivating.
    Today one of my co-workers told me that I was getting "so skinny" as I walked by. I'm wearing capris and t-shirt today (as it is around 80) so I guess it showed more? Anyway, she said that she could really tell that I was losing weight. That's always nice to hear!
