  • Saterday - Walked 1 mile, about 30 minutes.
  • friday - rest day (though i was geared up to do something and then I just didn't cause other things came up)

    sat - ran in the heat 4 miles. 4 slow miles. (oh and a quarter of a mile to warm up whoo hoo)
  • Sunday:
    about a half hour of window-shopping walking
    21 min. sprint/walk on the 'mill
    17 min. elliptical
    30 min. bike
    1 hr. weights
