I think people do look bigger on tv though. I loved Manchester anyway.

I could rant on about slimming 'before and after' features for hours...
but I must just say
in slimming mags where they say they were having 6000 cals a day or something 'before' is just stupid. I think it is 'Slimming' mag that always has the stupid 'before' cals amount.
WHO CARESSSSSSS I say.
All I care about is rake thin people being presented as healthy when they are not.
Ok I'll calm down now...

we were stuck for about 30 mins waiting for one we only needed to go two stops but we were lost and didn't realise.


I've eaten my way back to were I started on the last challenge
and to be honest I don't care
it seems that when i'm "dieting" I obsess about food and crave MORE
when i'm not bothered about it I don't binge nor do I lose weight but I don't GAIN it either
so i'm going to just try and eat like a "normal" person get some exercise and wait and see
oh and i'm not going to jump on the scale all the time like a madwoman either
