    Breakfast: Deli turkey

    Lunch: HC Chicken fettuccini/cucumbers/FF dressing

    Dinner: FF tortillas/salsa/rice/chicken
    (I take the FF tortillas, cut into wedges, microwave for a few minutes, I then have dipping chips for my salsa)

    Snacks: SF pudding/FF ice cream sandwich

  • Not posting my menus for Fri,Sat,Sun. Too much snacking and no meals. Stayed within points range, though.

    Liz went to subway, today was the 12" at the 6" price.

    Brunch: 6" turkey & ham on italian/legal veggies, no sauce

    Dinner: second half of my sandwich

    Snack: peanuts

    Calories: 760
    I know I'm really low, but I'm sure I will make up for it!!! Just not very hungry today or the sandwiches seemed really filling.

  • I've not posted in forever because my 4-day week-end really screwed me up!

    Having trouble getting back on track w/the eating (doesn't help that it's that TOM). I'll be back and better soon!
