I haven't been posting b/c I've been really bad with my food. I got into that rut last week where I was depressed about not losing. Then I weighed in today and I'm down half a pound. Go figure.
Got one walk in so far, two more to do by Sunday. Think I can manage that. Vegan week is shot, because of my bad attitude.

Oh well. I can do better.
Cherie -- Good for you for getting the dual cardio out of the way early. Is there a specific reason you do dual cardio? J/c.
SB -- Bellydancing is soo fun. I did it back in college. There's a studio where I live, but I put off joining until "I lose some weight." I should just go join, huh?
Eydie -- Yes, I get hungry when I exercise. That's why I do it before I eat.
HDD -- Hey, that's the beauty of WW. You can still lose weight even when you use those flex points. That's the point of the plan (bad pun!). You're doing great just by sticking with the program.
Atamata -- Welcome! Good to see you have people supporting you. I'm too ashamed to talk about my weight. But you're lucky to have so much support.
Sandy -- Eh, your hubby will deal.
Lisa -- What a cute comment by your hubby.
Marti -- Congrats on your upcoming nuptials.
