Good morning coaches,
Yesterday I took a 10 mile hike around a loop where there were few hikers. The weather was beautiful and still a lot of flowers. When I got home I took Otis for a walk. The rest of the day went downhill. I ate my lunch and then just grabbed one snack after another. One thing good about the snacking is it didn't involve any sugar. Weight is up significantly from yesterday morning. Today I'm trying to manage my thoughts and get a plan in place for the day. On the top of the list will be at least 2 liters of water. Exercise will be walking Otis and doing a video workout of some kind. It's hard to assimilate all the news and hard to think about not being able to plan some things for the foreseeable future. We are doing fine and day to day is okay, but it's just the little things like planning my summer. So minor compared to so many people but for me, who is such a planner, it's my little struggle.
Curlyjax I'm so glad your computer issue was an easy fix and that the kids don't care about a feast for Easter. I haven't thought about what we'll have yet, but maybe something grilled cause it's so nice to be outside right now.
Bill I'm glad you got to see dgd. Thank goodness for all of our technology during this time. Glad you had an extra onion for ds too. We had a neighbor come over for a cup of sugar or flour, before all this started. It was someone we have yet to meet, but one of the older kids came to borrow, which I thought was great.
Penny Yes, I can see why all of that would be a bit depressing. Thank goodness dh did not get RIF'd. I know my husband is a bit worried about his small company. So much uncertainty. It will get better.
GardenerJoy Good job on stretching out so many days between shopping. I'll say I can't make it that long, but it's many fewer trips that I usually make.
Hang in there everybody and stay healthy!
