    A little victory today on the scale front, although Sunday (tomorrow) is my official weekly weigh-in and this might not hold so not changing ticker just yet ...

    DOWN 2.4 from last Sunday to 133.6; whether it holds or not, I'm dancing with joy and whether or not it is mentally healthy to let the scale rule my mood, my mood is VERY HAPPY.

    DOWN 3 pounds from last Sunday to 133, and yes, ol' Sage2 here is HAPPY about that and giving herself congratulatory hugs and all that jazz.

    The day was all over the place in regard to emotions; I was a bouncing ball but took care of myself and though somewhat insomniac at the moment am still taking care of myself.
