I think it was Kelipja who had the Kaplod quote, "Don't have a dinner for 4 unless there are three others." I made enough fried potatoes from field fresh Yukon Gold for 5 people. The dogs got about two persons part and I got the rest. But... It they were really good

All of a sudden I had a big drop, but scales are fickle, so although I am sticking to approx. 1,300 calories a day, the scale tomorrow might go up. Right now this is easy. I do not eat sugar. I removed it from my diet. It makes me hungrier, and it isn't good for me, so I am off it. I have said this before and back slid, but I always remember that one time I went for two full years without it. So I can do that again. I am using Stevia and making shakes with almond milk, frozen no sugar strawberries, vanilla extract or Starbucks no sugar caramel flavoring and no sugar added canned fruit for my sweets.
Yep, decided it'll be 5 pounds from Feb 1st's weigh-in and I'll be forced to push my hardest. Glad to see most of my Superbowl gain wasn't actual weight gain! I was 146.8 last week though, so I did gain a *little* lol. Now I must poof, because my soup is calling!
