  • So disappointed this month. Realized I needed to drop my calories though so at least I learned something. Next month will be better! Congrats to all who lost. Does anyone plan on posting a new thread for next month or should I just do one?
  • I lost about 10 pounds. I needed to get back into the habit of weighing myself again after being off the wagon for several months. This last week was a doozy and I look foward to getting back on track for March. I don't have the time to be as perfect as I would like with my diet but hopefully I can continue to chip away at this extra weight.
