Thanks for the welcomes! Well a little info on me..I live in Bentonville, AR which is in the very NW corner and home of Wal-Mart. It's a pretty little town that is growing by leaps and bounds. Not sure I like the growing part at all. My ex DH (the D doesn't stand for dear or darn, I'll let you guess) raised miniature horses up until about six years ago and have been divorced now for four years. I don't have any of the horses left and miss them terribly. But not all the work that livestock takes to keep up.
I sold the land to my son and his wife last year and moved in with my 85 year old mom to help her. I have one son and one daughter and they each have a boy and girl. So four grand kids to play with.
I work for the Prosecuting Attorney as a Legal Secretary/Case Coordinator (whatever the going "title" of the moment is) so I'm very busy. Have not taken care of myself for many years and decided that 2014 is going to be the changing year for me.
Well, that's it in a nutshell. Really glad I found this site.
Karen31 - I notice you are from Missouri, we're neighbors!

tried several posts and poof they where gone. I hate that. have been busy with a bored and very cranky husband. im walking on egg shells around him..getting tired of his poor me routine. hes a terrible impatient patient. My lift chair broke and its a major piece of equipment that helps me be independent. steve worked on it all day thurs, had to weld some parts and take another to a machine shop(friends of ours who fixed the part for free) he finally got it back together and it works fine for now. its an older chair and has a lot of use.we went to visit steves mom, which is also a trama thing for him,she was a terrible parent and he is trying to do the right thing. then went to wallmart and home. we stopped for carls jr for dinner I had a cheese burger,i ate 1/2 and the dogs the other, and 3 onion rings and a few fries, just didn't want to cook.. very bad rosey
. I have had a bit of a struggle to get back on track, have had some success in not snacking after 7pm so that's a good thing. Maryea am so sorry your dh is in the hosp. how scary for you both, hope all goes well. welcome robin, and glad u refound us saraphin.hoping your weekend is a good one rosey

Robin...so you don't cook much huh? Maybe moving in with your mom will inspire you to get creative. Is she still active?
I hope DH is home and healing up from his rupture. I know how active he is, must be hard for him.
