Good morning ladies!
Down another pound today! Its been 3 weeks now with that trend. I want to see like maybe a 2-3 lbs lost per week but it ok. This is the first time I have seen in 8 months that I am loosing every week. Good thing for me right? Because I have been in a plateau for 8 months. If I was good then and kept tracking regulary and not binge eating I might now have reached my goal. Oh well. I have learned from it and now changed my habits and been seeing good results (slow results).

Anyway, back to tracking today and going to my meeting tonight to face the music.
