Okay, it looks like I won't break any personal exercise records here, but I'm still going to record it. Mon I hauled a ton of stuff to the curb, let's call that 10 min. And 65 min on Thursday with the trainer.
Um, someone replaced my coffee with crazy juice yesterday because I did an hour of Zumba, an hour and 15 minute yoga class and then an hour and a half hour belly dance class in the evening. I think today will be a rest day.
