  • I'm in too! Better later than never.
    Like to hit the 130's by the end of this, so at least 21 pounds, but more would be better as far as I am concerned.

    I plan to get there with low carbs and reintroducing myself to my treadmill, elliptical and WII, because I am lucky enough to have them here. I need to use them.

  • SIGH. I know that I'm building muscle, because my measurements have actually decreased at my hips, arms and bust... STILL, it's a bummer that my scale number hasn't improved. At least I'm not above me starting weight?

  • I couldn't stay away from the scale hard as I tried. But I'm still down 3 lbs from last week! I was kind of surprised because I'm definitely bloated.

    I am hypothyroid and hypoglycemic so... I'm not sure yet what I will be eating. Less sugars, no grains, and fewer calories.
