Sounds like everyone is busy with the tasks of spring. I was glad I didn't have a graduation to do a party for this year. I would never have been able to pull it off. We have kids so every other year we have several graduating, I haven't decided if it is good or bad. Next year we will have a high school grad, and a college grad .... one out of state, so time to start saving for that.
We have a double issue this year with growing things. We had a very very mild winter, and so now we have BUGS! And lots of them. The butterflies are wonderful, but the ones eating my flowers are making me mad. We have to try and figure out what they are so we can kill them.
the 2nd issue is drought. We have had a bit of rain, but not near what we need. We don't have a well, so paying to water our garden is not cost effective. So, when I saw the 60% chance of rain earlier in the week, I was excited. We didn't get a drop of rain, nothing but clouds. We had drought last year, with some months getting less than 1/4 of an inch of rain. Even though the spring has been much better, there is still alot of lack in the rain amounts this year.
We have alot of fruit on our fruit trees, but if we don't water them, they won't mature. We have been watering some, we may stop after our next water bill comes in the mail
My DD and I are trying to get a more healthy eating plan. It isn't going well. This is the 2nd week, and my weight hasn't moved...the discouragement is large, if I can loose just a pound or 2 and have it remain there and not just be a fluctuation, it would help immensely. I know I need to loose for my health, and I know I need to eat better for my health, but eating better and not seeing results is more than just a little discouraging.

back, BLONDEE ~ we have lots of returnees at this time; and it's never too late to live healthier. I've had lots of experience with old PC's too; it's nice to graduate to a newer one for sure ...

weather the last two days and temps have been nice too. A few black flies have come out early this year; we don't usually see them until June, but becuz it has been unusually warm, they have come out early -- oh, drats!!!
Yes, LILY -- that is a cute story; thanks for sharing it with us, and I did get a chuckle out of it too!
Hello and have a great Memorial Day week end. Prayers are always coming y'alls way.
I found it! hooya!
