I did W6D2 last night and it was by far the worst run of C25K. I got done with the first 10 minute run and my body went you would like us to do that....again?!. I should be proud because it's on a very short list of times where my mind completely dominated my body, but I can't help but look towards that 25 minute run tomorrow and wonder if the runner or the couch potato is going to show up.

I just did W1D2 this morning and I truly feel great. I hope I can make it through this and acheive my goal of being able to run a 5K
