want to lose 135lbs and I have 60lbs gone as of yesterday. I know once i get to my goal I will want to go smaller but when I started 135lbs to lose sounded a lot better than 200lbs which is probably what I will end up losing. I started April 27th. Follow the program to a "T" and you will do fine. Drink lots of water and make sure you eat your veggies .

See to the right of the original post at the bottom there is a "quote" box click that to respond to that post then there is another box with an "+", click that box if you want to respond to a few post, just hit that "+" to each post you want to reply too then on the left side of the page it says reply to post hit that and all of the post you want quoted are in your box. Simply hit the return button to put spaces between the post to respond!
