Ended up snacking a bit last night -- all relatively healthy stuff though. Grapes, melon, and a spoonful of PB. No harm done on the scale today.

B - muesli, yogurt, milk, blueberries, peach, granola
L - pasta, frozen veggies, sauce
S - nectarine, atkins bar, donut hole

D - cooking light beef pho (made with bison sirloin)
S - honeydew, grapes
E - none planned, I'm kind of sore from yesterday's pilates
