  • So frustrating. This may be the month that I have to actually lower my daily calories a bit, something I am unwilling to do unless absolutely necessary. Since I've been so sick I'm just going to keep on waiting this out, sometimes my body just needs extra time and I did just have two really high loss (for me) months. I shouldn't feel so rushed and should just take pleasure in the fact that I'm doing everything right.

    Okay, so I'm starting to think
    this rapid weight loss is due to
    water weight. What do you all
    think? From April - June I went
    from 160 to 140. But I gained
    5 lbs back from June - October.

    So is it that this sudden
    rapid weight loss can be due
    to water weight? Either that
    or cleaning around the house
    is the best exercise ever.
