Well I apologize for reminding the OP that she made a very similar post one month ago, that received quite a bit of advice, but I personally thought that was relevant.
You can't keep doing the same thing and expect different results.

i'm just starting back trying to eat healthier but last time (i managed to loose about 40lbs) low fat hot chocolate drinks were a GODSEND! one of those at night usually helped curb the craving as it was so delicious and sweet it FELT as though it was far worse than it really was
i'm at uni just now but i have my own flat off campus so i dont have to eat at refectory all day but if i did wow i'd put on so much weight there - even though my uni has fresh fruit etc the actual meals look so bad! x
