I was hoping to be out of the 180's last week but I didn't quite make it! I am down to 180lbs today so hopefully this week will be it! I am so excited I have not been below 181lbs since before I got pregnant with my daughter that is now 5. I can't believe how great I feel. Although I do know I still have a long way to go I am just glad that I know the right thing to do to continue on this path and that I can be successful!
One question for anyone that would like to answer. I have an odd body in the sense that I am rather narrow so I have no butt, my legs are rather thing and I have no hips. At 180 pounds I am a 12. My belly is really my problem zone which I know will be the last thing to leave me but, I worry about choosing the right goal weight. According to the BMI Calculators I have used I should weigh 154 lbs to be within a normal weight range. I almost feel like there would be nothing left of me at that weight. Maybe I just don't know but I am almost afraid to go down that far. Honestly in my entire adult life the smallest I have ever been is 175lbs which I wore a size 10 at that time and felt amazing. How do you know that your goal weight is the right place for you? Or do you choose smaller goals and reassess as you get to those goals?
